MISSION
The mission of the Hālau ʻIolani Hula Kāne performing arts program is to provide students with the opportunity to learn, practice, demonstrate and share the Hawaiian culture through the artform of hula. Students will learn a wide range of Hawaiian mele (songs) and oli (chant). At times, students of the program will be called upon to represent ʻIolani School by performing at special events, blessings, dedications, and annual shows.
