LOWER SCHOOL HULA KĀNE PROGRAM
PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
Our Lower School Hula Kāne program focuses on giving our young ones the opportunity to learn about Hawai‘iʻs deep cultural heritage through the art of hula. Hula provides many benefits in the life of our keiki. It is a fun way for keiki to get moving and can help with cardio, strength training and flexibility. Hula also stretches the mind and feeds the spirit as they have the opportunity to learn about Hawai‘iʻs history, cultural traditions and the values of the native people of this land. This is done through the story telling, games, excursions and of course hula itself!
